Flavours of Kerala at Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield

Embark on a culinary journey as Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield brings ‘Flavours of Kerala’ to M Café, the all-day dining restaurant as part of the 10-day Kerala Food Festival. The southern state is known as the ‘Land of Spices’ as it offers a wide array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

Heming the majestic experience, Chef Bineesh from Kochi Marriott has put together a unique menu recreating the authentic dishes from the region. He has put together a unique menu that will recreate the authentic dishes from the region. The buffet menu comprises of Kozhi Chukka, Natholi Fry, Parippu Thenga Curry, Avial with a generous use of coconut, chilli and spices, prepared in zesty flavours inspired from various districts of Kerala.
Foodies can explore the hidden treasures of local delicacies from this destination with themed ambience, live stations and curated dishes.
