Gym is a place of fitness. Where you not only improve your fitness but even your mental everything everyday I step into a gym, I fight against myself I increase every rep, every wieght and be mentally prepared for that. There's a difference in my body everyday, that's the thing that keeps me motivated and going. Gyming taught  me patience. The patient that helps me respect my body and not use supplements as such. It also boosted my self-esteem. The happiness is when people call me "hey big Guy". In my life, I want to make everyone transform their body and make everyone to b positive in life. You gotta be a beast, because that's the only way they will respect you. When the whole day is full of stress or tension and the only stress buster is gym . When I step into the gym it's just myself, my music and my iron .
