I want to be a part of many such events where women can actually contribute for a better tomorrow!!”

Mrs Gurleen Kaur Tikku, Co-Founder, She Shines and CEO Hareepatti states that women are stronger when they are together. It’s high time that woman stand for each other and what better platform than a woman networking conference which is for the woman.

“She Shines is a great platform to support womanhood. As a woman, I think we all have strengths and weaknesses. We have our own sensibilities & choices and we need to get rid of all the negative vibes around us to make our choices wisely. We should support every other woman and their success” says RJ Sayema, Radio Mirchi.

In the words of Dildeep Kalra, Director, Massive Restaurants "We as women can empower other women. When I started my professional journey at Massive, there were only 2/3 women in the organisation and now we have 30-35 women in key positions in the organisation. Being married to the Managing Director didn’t mean smooth sailing for me. I had to prove my merit and worth to the company to rise the ranks and reach a position where I could make a difference in the lives of other women. We have to have each other’s back and encourage each other continuously”.
