Strings ‘N’ Steps in Association with Payal Foundation and Andhra Pradesh Bhavan organized Youth Festival - Parampara 2019 At Andhra Bhavan,New Delhi

New Delhi, 25th April 2019: An event of Indian classical music & dance dedicated to the young artists of India was organised on 25th April 2019

A glorious event was organized with special performances duet by Neel Ranjan Mukherjee Guitar with Himanshu Dutta on Flute accompanied by Zakir Akhtar Khan and Suraj Nirwan (Tabla). Special traditional Kathak recital was performed by Sangeeta which was followed by abhinaya and modern aspects of Kathak with Renu and Rashmi. There were performances by young artists Samridhi Vasundhara (Bharata Natyam), Shambhavi Sharma (Kuchipudi Nrityam), Soma Das (Ghazal).

Strings N Steps invited International Artist from Argentina Samira Andrea Lapira, an Oriental Bellydancer to showcase the talent .

The Event was Inaugurated by Chief Guest Shri Kundan Kumar, IAS., Private Secretary to Hon'ble Minister of Home Affairs, Govt. of India was,Special Guests Mr. Anand Sahu (Board Member Ministry of Finance and Labor Govt.of India), Dr.Amarendra Khatua FormerSecretary,MOEA Director General ICCR and President Strings N Steps,Prof. V. Ramgopal Rao, Director, IIT, Delhi, Ms. Payal Swami, Founder Payal foundation and the founder-artists duo Sangeeta Majumder - Neel Ranjan Mukherjee from ‘Strings N Steps’ including eminent dignitaries Dr. (Prof.) Jiwan Bala, H.O.D, Performing Arts, Govt. College for Girls, Patiala. And others

Shri Kundan Kumar, IAS., Private Secretary to Hon'ble Minister of Home Affairs, Govt. of India mentioned that Payal Foundation and Strings N Steps together are doing a great cause of promoting the culture and the endeavours taken to organise the cross country programes

“Shri Praveen Prakash IAS Resident Commissioner Andhra Pradesh State Government emphasized on the promotion of Culture through different art forms He focused on the initiative taken by Payal Foundation and Strings N Steps Academy as a welcome call to all those people, bodies who wants to promote culture. He also mentioned that going forward Andhra Pradesh Government will always be supportive in promoting art.”

Mr. Anand Sahu (Board Member Ministry of Finance and Labor Govt.of India), emphasized that dance forms are a very important aspectof India's cuture.He said Payal Foundation has been working hard in promotion of culture of nation and cross boundaries

Dr.Amarendra Khatua Former Secretary,MOEADirector General ICCR and President Strings N Steps,congratulated the orgaisation for he initiatives taken

The whole was dedicated and presented to promote Indian Classical Music & Dance among youth to inspire by giving them an opportunity to perform in front of the cream audiences and dignitaries.
