KEYLOOP OPENS GROUNDBREAKING GLOBAL DELIVERY HUB IN HYDERA

Hyderabad, 4TH October 2021: Keyloop, a leading global provider of technology solutions to the automotive industry, today welcomes over 200 staff to its new Global Delivery Hub in Hyderabad, India. The building, located in the Mindspace IT Park, is the first in a new breed of Keyloop offices, meeting LEED’s highest platinum environmental standard, as well as the WELL wellbeing certification. It is a pioneering prototype, to validate state-of-the-art innovations and inspire Keyloop hubs and offices around the world.

The Hyderabad Global Delivery Hub houses more than 220 knowledge workers across several core Keyloop functions who will work closely with their colleagues around the world. The product and engineering organisation focuses on articulating the roadmaps, research and development of Keyloop’s core products. There is also a growing customer support team to service English speaking territories and some shared services such as finance and HR.

Keyloop’s new Global Delivery Hub has been created in close partnership with Bangalore based architect Bina Singh, who is the founder and Director of DT Studio, together with local Keyloop employees and the project delivery team. Before the first sketch was drawn, Keyloop surveyed all Indian colleagues on desired working practices of the future; the results were overwhelmingly (over 80%) in favour of a flexible working model. Bina ensured our vision brought together new ways of hybrid working, multifunctional spaces and ergonomics along with biophilic interventions. The unique ideas and learnings derived from Hyderabad will underpin further expansion of Keyloop Global Delivery Hubs, the next of which will be in Warsaw, Poland.

Claus Trillingsgaard, Keyloop Vice President of Global Delivery and sponsor, comments:

“Our new Hyderabad office sets a new standard and epitomises Keyloop’s transformation to an agile technology company. It enables our colleagues to harness the power of collaboration and innovation to deliver a product architecture that makes everything about buying and owning a car better.

“No stone has been left unturned in the creation of this office, and the needs and desires of our colleagues have been at the centre of every decision we have made. We have co-innovated, consulted, and verified concepts and designs with our Indian colleagues throughout the process. This has allowed us to create a bold office that pushes the boundaries yet connects to everyone.

“Even as COVID has taught us to embrace working focused and diligently in the comfortable settings of our own homes, this is a place that we naturally gravitate towards when we want to meet up with our colleagues to learn, share, align, and collaborate. I’m thrilled that we’ve created an energizing hub that embodies and “embraces the ambitious vision of Keyloop as a workplace of the future, setting a standard for organisations across the world.

“We’ve leveraged Keyloop’s global and culturally diverse footprint and we’ve turned our diversity into a competitive advantage where our new Indian Global Delivery Hub is greater than the sum of its parts. Credit must go to our facilities team in both India and UK who, along with our partners, have ensured this large and complex project has been delivered to exceptional standards, on time and to budget, despite the pandemic, extreme weather and supply chain challenges. This is a landmark day not only for our Indian colleagues, but for all our locations across the globe, who will benefit from the truly ground-breaking innovation we have put in practice here.”

Bina Singh, Founder & Director DT Studio comments:

“This collaboration has provided us with a platform to create a hi-tech work environment enabling Keyloop to connect seamlessly with its partners, while also catering to the requirements of the evolving business landscape.

Our concept for the space is of an infinite experiential loop that symbolises a dynamic, yogic and sustainable work environment, capable of adapting itself to the challenges of the future. Drawing inspiration from the company’s brand values and the automotive industry, the design of the space embodies the technological advancements of the field with a rustic, vibrant and natural material palette, while keeping human wellness in the forefront.”

Tom Kilroy, CEO Keyloop, comments:

“Hyderabad is a global centre of technical excellence; with the talent density we need to ensure that our business is able to engineer world class technology and support our customers in the years ahead. This office underlines our commitment not only to our employees, who are crucial to our success, but also to our international footprint and our focus on delivering exceptional technological solutions.”
