After 12 years of joint management as co-CEO, Daniel Sennheiser joins the Board of Directors, while Dr. Andreas Sennheiser will continue operational leadership as CEO.
India, October 27, 2025 -After more than ten years at the helm of the Sennheiser Group, Daniel and Dr. Andreas Sennheiser will take on new roles within the company. As of 1 January 2026, Daniel Sennheiser will become Chairman of the Board of Directors, while his brother Andreas Sennheiser will continue to take over the operational management of the family-owned Group as CEO.
In his new role, Daniel Sennheiser will focus on the strategic direction of the group. "By joining the Board of Directors, I will be able to focus more on the development of the company and the continuous strengthening of our relationships with our customers. I will continue to work closely with my brother Andreas to support him in his role as CEO, as well as with the Executive Committee," says Daniel Sennheiser.
Andreas Sennheiser will continue to lead the company as CEO and manage the operational activities together with the Executive Board: "This new organization allows us to combine day-to-day management with a long-term strategic vision, a balance that is essential for the future success of the Sennheiser Group," adds Andreas Sennheiser.
The brothers will continue to pursue their common goal: to ensure sustainable and independent growth of the Sennheiser Group and shape the future of audio. "Our relationship of trust and complementary perspectives has enabled us to successfully lead the company for more than a decade as co-CEO. This partnership will remain the basis of our future collaboration.

Daniel Sennheiser succeeds Andreas Dornbracht, who has been Chairman of the Board of Directors for the past four years. Andreas Dornbracht will remain a member of the Board and will continue to sit alongside the other members.
